The Grandstream GWN7670LR Long-Range Wi-Fi 7 Access Point is designed for businesses and organizations requiring high-speed wireless connectivity across large outdoor areas. It combines next-generation Wi-Fi 7 technology with a long-range antenna design and weather-resistant construction.
The GWN7670LR delivers up to 3.6Gbps aggregate wireless throughput, with up to 688Mbps on the 2.4GHz band and 2882Mbps on the 5GHz band. Its dual-band 2×2:2 MIMO architecture and DL/UL OFDMA technology help provide efficient wireless performance for connected devices.
For extended coverage, the access point provides up to 350 meters of range under suitable conditions and supports up to 256 concurrent Wi-Fi clients. Its sophisticated antenna system allows flexible use of internal directional or external omnidirectional antennas, making it suitable for different deployment scenarios.
For high-speed wired networking, the GWN7670LR includes 1 × 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet WAN/LAN port with PoE+ input and 1 × 2.5 Gigabit SFP port. It supports up to 15.5W maximum power consumption and automatic power adaptation when PoE+ is detected.
The access point features IP66-level weatherproof capability, making it suitable for outdoor installations. It can be wall-mounted or pole-mounted, with mounting kits included.
Network administrators can manage the GWN7670LR using its embedded controller, GDMS Networking or GWN Manager. Security features include secure boot, WPA2/WPA3 support, client isolation, rogue AP detection and ARP/ND attack protection.
